Wara Real Estate Company KSCC
Wara Real Estate Company is a major force in Marafie Group and was incorporated in 1978 as a Kuwaiti shareholding company. Its main objectives are investments in real estate and other companies carrying out similar activities plus owning investment portfolios and other direct investments.

It constructed SAS Hotel in 1980 (now known as The Radisson SAS Hotel) a five star Hotel which has over the years built up an excellent reputation as one of the top Hotels in Kuwait known for its quality of service and product.

It also purchased Oasis Hotel in 1988, which is in the heart of Kuwait city and is under the management of Radisson SAS Hotel.

Wara Real Estate Company also owns substantial real estate in and around Kuwait including owning one of the largest plots of commercial land in Sharq area.

Wara Real Estate Company constructed in 2000 the largest wooden dhow in the world by the name of AL -Hashemi 2 for which they received acknowledgement in the Guiness book of World records.

The AL -Hashemi 2 offers one of the best conference cum wedding venues in Kuwait and its interior d?r is of such luxurious standard that it is a special attraction for all visitors.
